Right, so! My Reverie needs some things to do: mischeif to get into, friends do to drugs with, and populars/people to fight/argue.
Why she is here is a long story but basically she has a bad temper, and the Cotard delusion (a rare psychiatric disorder in which a person holds a delusional belief that she is dead) and Capgras delusion (a rare disorder in which a person holds a delusional belief that an acquaintance has been replaced by an identical impostor). She is tough, loyal yet distrusting of others, entertaining, dominant, and violent. Loves alcohol and cigarettes. Is not a sex addict (but it would be interesting for her to have to fend off those who are).

Friends & Acquaintances
Reverie has never had any real friends besides her older brother. She uses her friends; either for entertainment, or to find intoxicating substances, or for back up in a fight. There are other reasons as well. She is going to need some, "allies," to take on the populars with. She'll need someone to get cigarettes and alcohol from. Preferably two different people that are fellow rebels/not populars.
She'll also need a couple druggie buddies to get random fixes from.
She needs a couple people to end up being close friends. She will gradually come to believe that those people/that person has been replaced by an identical robot/demon/impostor of some kind.. Which I'm sure will make for interesting events.
If a person were to become her close friend, he/she would have to truly believe Reverie when she explains her Cotard delusion.. Otherwise she could never trust them..

Enemies
Well, just like everyone else here, it won't be hard for her to make rivals. Am up for any ideas, but she will pretty much hate all the populars because of past experiences.
Reverie is a grudge holder and never forgets wrong that has been done to her.

She will have no frenemies, it will be one or the other with her.. Either she hates you or respects you.. Although I'll consider ideas =)

Also she won't be into having a relationship anytime soon. She believes that she is dead and waiting in purgatory to be taken to hell; therefore, has no need for relationships. Someday she may possibly fall for someone.. But his name will have to be Benjamin, simply to spark emotional ties.. And when that happens she will eventually think that he has been replaced by an identical looking impostor and yeah... Anywho! I'll stop rambling and await some of your brilliant ideas!
