IT'S 1898. so forget it. forget the next generation of potters. forget harry himself. forget 80s hair, and forget the marauders. forget the weasleys we know and love and forget their kids. forget snape and forget riddle. forget grace kelly, forget casablanca, forget the wars and the depression. forget television, and radio, and fdr. the past is the future, and the future is even farther than out of reach than before. albus dumbledore is seventeen. he is the great wizard you will know him to be; he is just a ginger, bespectacled kid with a lot of normal kid problems. what he'll be someday is just a thought in the minds of people who know him best. it's just a possibility, just a path he could take. just a plan. same could be said for any child who walks the halls of hogwarts. they've all got their schemes. they're going to be this and that and the other. thing is, we know something they don't:
what happens next. designs.
