And there he was. Standing there, causing this place to be the title of never empty. The staff wasn't here and there weren't some annoying people who were rehearsing some sort of musical theme. All there was was him and the sweet silence covering his ears like the peace in the rebellion. It was nice to be alone. He was always better off that way, not needing anyone but himself. Attention isn't his keyword either. So, standing there, he gazed around the room, brown eyes glazed over like some type of trance. A trance filled with the mysteries of the mind.
Knocking himself out of it, he rubbed his hands together, grazing over the cuts which seem to appear like a rose. It was his latest design. Why couldn't it be? Roses represent love. Love represents the foolish minds of the people that think the curse is more important than their insane selves. It represented the pain of divorced couples and forgotten children. But those thoughts weren't needed now. His point of coming to this vast auditorium was to contribute his factor of art in the shushed form of his notebook.
He went up the steps leading to the stage, still observing his surroundings. He sat down on the edge, feet dangling over the side. They kicked back and forth. Opening his notebook to a blank page, he started to write. It read.:
"The sun beats down on the broken heart
The shattered glass is renewed
Tears falling down onto the drums
He's always beating something new"
He paused, setting the notebook down beside him. He surprisingly wasn't in much of a mood for poetically soft, meaningful, dark words. Actually, he was tired. He had a bit of trouble breathing before he came in here. A sign his asthma was getting worse. But he didn't care. If that's what wore him out, it wore him out. Leaning back, he laid down, one knee propped up, the other leg still dangling off the edge. Taking off his glasses and setting them on the notebook, his head laid on both of his hands, slightly spiking his hair more in the back. Craig Jace closed his eyes, wanting no disturbance of any kind.

The girl had been walking around the grounds for the better part of that morning and things were getting kinda boring. Eventually she'd made her way into the still slightly dark auditorium. Looking around her, she wasn't surprised to see that the place was in fact empty, as it normally was. Walking up to the stage, she went back behind the curtain to sit at the wall at the back of the stage. Even if someone walked in it wasn't likely that they could see her. She was shieled by the dark red curtain that had seemed to fade over time. Removing the velcrod straip of her messenger bag, she pulled it to rest at her side, pulling out her sketchpad. Jordyn wasn't the best drawer, at least in her own opinion and it wasn't likely that she let anyone know she had the ability but it was still one of the things she could do to pass the time.
As she opened it up to her latest drawing, she heard the door open to the auditorium. At first she figured it was a staff member or something but when she actually went to look, she realized it was another patient here. His name was Craig or so she thought. The girl moved around quietly, trying to keep her presence in the room unknown. As she was moving back to her position, the strap to her messenger bag caught her foot and she struggled to keep her balance, finally losing the battle when she feel to the ground anyways, "Ouch!" That would most certainly leave a mark. Pulling herself to a sitting position, she unhooked the strap from around her leg and examined herself. She was relatively okay besides to scab on her knee that had been torn open during the fall and was now bleeding. Shrugging, she basically ignored it and waited on Craig to realize he had a visitor.

He jumped. And when he jumps, you know he was at least slightly frightened. He swore he was alone here. What was this loud bump? And "Ouch?" How could Craig not notice another presence? Slowly standing up, he left his glasses and notebook on the stage. It sounded like it came from somewhere near the stage. Or maybe he was being paranoid? No, he wasn't a paranoid type of person unless it came to the weather. Actually, there was no way it could come from somewhere near the stage. It was definitely on the stage. The slight vibrate on the wooden floor had to mean someone or something fell onto someone or something. Which meant it was time to see what idiot made themselves known.
He walked around the stage, heading towards stage left. He peeked inside the curtain, at first seeing nothing but darkness. But then a figure started to make themselves out. And now it was time to deal with the moron. With a fast, steady pace, he walked over to her, bending down and balancing on his toes, both elbows on his knees, wrists crossing one another. This chick seemed like one he didn't want to interact with.
"You're a moron. If you didn't want to be known you should have kept quiet. If you wanted to be known you could have just as simply come out from behind here. You have no reason to attract attention from me. So, did you fall? How are you called?" he said, a huge sigh at the end of that. He didn't want to interact with anyone but if the case was that this chick fell, he had to be at least gentlemanly enough to make sure she was alright.
Craig was generally already annoyed since, well, she woke him up from his little nap that he attempted to take. He would have been better off in his dorm but he wanted some place more artistic before even wanting a nap. It was darker backstage but at least he could see the chick with her obnoxious pink curls. Probably lighter than they currently appeared. But he at least felt lucky that she didn't appear to be a total whore. What would her personality offer? He might as well make something of this situation.

(( let your hair down )) ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ----Jordyn was too busy picking at her sore when the guy came around the corner to pay too much attention to him. When she was hurt and bleeding most things went unnoticed by the girl and that wasn't any different now. She was somewhat shocked though when he leaned down in front of her, pretty much yelling at her. She wasn't use to it so she looked up at him, shock written on the girls face. She hadn't done anything to him and here he was calling her a moron. What had she done to him? The shocked expression remained plastered on her face as she stared at him, blinking a couple times. In all honesty, she looked like a deer caught in headlights. Too shocked to move. And in this case, too shocked to speak. "Um.." Was all the girl could manage to speak. When it came to sticking up for someone else, Jordyn was the first to speak her mind but sticking up for herself was a different story.
Lowering her face to look at the ground, her gaze resting on his shoes, she tried to speak but it wasn't working out so well. In response to his question on whether or not she fell, she just nodded her head. The second question went unanswered though. And she had no intentions of answering it. Shifting her weight, she slowly started to gather up her belongings. It was rather obvious that she'd pissed him off enough. How she had, she wasn't quite sure on but she wasn't about to do it again. Closing her sketchpad, she shoved it back into her messenger back. Slowly, and uncertainly she stood to her feet, walking past him to leave the audtorium. Her head was still gazing at the ground as she walked and she made no eye contact with him as she headed towards the stairs. The one and only thing she managed to do was mumble an "I'm sorry.." As she walked past him.

The fact that she didn't speak was irritating. Why the hell is she sorry? It made absolutely no sense! When he watched her gather her things, his thoughts? Oh, geez, the moron is leaving... He wanted to let her go if she was planning to leave. He wanted to watch her walk away and he'd have nothing to do with her ever again. But, that wasn't possible. Why? Something told him to stop her from walking out. But maybe she was just packing up. Maybe she'd finish answering him in the moment.
Or not. Or her only words would be "I'm sorry" and she'd be gone forever. He started to studder something but all he could do is lick his lip ring and take a step toward her. She left when she did nothing wrong? That was..uncomfortable for some reason. He shouldn't care but he did. But maybe that was because blood caught his eye. Did she fall that badly? Badly enough to be bleeding? Now he would let her walk away if she wasn't bleeding but she was. And, that was just too cruel of him to let her walk away like that. It also satisfied his excuse for not wanting her to leave quite yet. This situation seemed like it'd take a bit of an awkward turn but he didn't care. He'd let it get as awkward as it could.
He went to grab her arm but then thought of something and decided to go with an easy approach instead of resistance. So, attempting to grab her arm, he pulled her closer and instead went to pick her up. That way she wouldn't be able to walk away again. Plus, he could see the damage to her knee. "If you're going to walk away, at least be courteous enough to not get blood all over the place. Oh, and at least answer all of my questions."

(( let your hair down )) ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ----Jordyn thought she was home free. At least until he went to grab her arm, pulled her closer to him and then picked her up. What the hell? This dude has severe mood swings and issues. Well there wasn't much she could do now, she wasn't going to fight him, though the thought had crossed her mind. She just kinda rolled her eyes, still avoiding any kind of eye contact with him. To say she was just slightly scared and intimadated by him would have been an understatement. Within the whole incident of him picking her up, her messenger bag fell to the floor, thankfully none of the contents fell out of it.
Keeping all eye contact on his shirt, she sighed slightly, "I answered one of your questions, just not by speaking. And who says I have to answer the other one?" She wasn't trying to be rude or anything like that and the fact that her voice was shaky proved that. Hell, not only was her voice shaky, but so was she and she knew that he felt it. He was holding her. After that another thought popped into her mind. "Me being courteous? I think it would be good if you took your own advice every now and again. I didn't even do anything to you and you yelled at me, called me a moron." She sounded like a little four year old. But at the time she didn't care.
"Why don't you put me down?" Adverting her eyes to her knee, she lifted her hand to pick at the sore, "Its fine. I'm fine. No need to feel like you have to make sure I'm okay now that you know I'm hurt. You didn't seem so concerned earlier." The fact that she was now able to speak was slightly surprising to her. She was still a good bit affraid of him and that was still very obvious by the fact that the whole time she was examining her sore, her hand was shaking. Lifting her other hand, she wrapped it around her other wrist, trying to make herself stop shaking. It didn't work. Sighing yet again, she adverted her eyes to him for the first time since the beginning of him confronting her, "What exactly do you want from me anyways? You could have just let me leave."

Craig stared at her for a moment as she spoke. She was arguing with him. So what did he have to do? Argue back, of course. He was trying to help her and he got back talk? That wasn't nice. She didn't even look him in the eyes! Rude bitch much? And he actually felt a bit bad for half a second. Oh well. His plot to just drop her and walk away was earning more points every time she opened her mouth.
Meine gott! She had more questions than him. And he thought he was the straight forward one? Oh well. Looking in her eyes, she started to speak. "First off, I say you have to answer the other one. What, does some god or king have to tell you to answer it? Well maybe I should apologize for not being god." Sarcasm was one of his favorite past time activities. Not only did it amuse him but it pissed others off. This moron talked way too much for her own good.
"Second, moron, I take my own advice all the time. So if you want me to put you down I'll take my own advice and put you down but more than your knee might be bleeding," Oh, the temptation to drop her became thicker and thicker. It was like that headache that turned into a migraine. And the pulses just kept increasing. It'd be funny to watch her reaction to the fall. Oh, and this chick was definitely not fine. Whether she caused herself to bleed or not, she'd obviously need the bleeding to stop. And concerned? What the hell!
"Third, you're right and I still happen to not be concerned. I just don't want to be stepping in your blood later. That'd be gross," he replied in that smart-ass attitude of his. At this point he wasn't sure if he was going to make it out of this place as calm as he was before. He gripped her tighter now and started to walk towards stage right with her but stopped and turned around. He appeared to be setting her down but instead he attempted to throw her over his shoulder, grimacing. "Damn, you're heavy."
He grabbed her bag, making sure none of its contents fell out, and walked towards stage right. He wasn't going to answer her last question until she answered his.

(( let your hair down )) ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- Damn him. This was ridiculous. Why was Jordyn even listening to him? Oh right cause he was still holding her. For a split second, Jordyn half expected him to drop her so she wrapped an arm around his neck in the split second that the idea came to mind. She didn't even really have time to think about what she was doing until after she'd done it. Oh well. As she listened to him, she couldn't help but utter a sigh, a tell tall sign of the fact that she was getting annoyed with him. Jordyn wasn't sure she was use to people actually pretending to care about the fact that she'd hurt herself. But then again, she wasn't even sure if he actually cared that she had hurt herself. He was the type that didn't want people to know he actually cared and he was hiding it pretty well. Plus, he was extremely too sarcastic for Jordyn to be able to read any of his statements truthfully.
Jordyn lifted her other hand to interlace it with the other one, she really didn't wanna be dropped and if he did drop her, he was going down with her. When he started to walk towards the right of the stage, she kinda sighed a little. One it was the fact that he was still carrying her so she still had no choice but to go where he went. Then he stopped and turned around. At first she thought he was putting her down but then he threw her over his shoulder. "Dammit." She mumbled slightly, "Don't drop me. Please." Her hands gripped the back of his shirt, she wasn't one to like heights, even though she wasn't that high and to be staring at the floor wasn't fun. Although she could take advantage of this situation. That might piss him off even more. Then again, maybe it would do him some good. But it could also make him drop her and Jordyn didn't want that.
Closing her eyes, she continued to grip his shirt. This was insane. "Where are you taking me?" After she asked that question she realized he had yet to answer her other question and it was probably because she had yet to answer his. Fuck. "Answer me, please. I'll tell you whatever you wanna know. And the names Jordyn." Maybe he'd answer her questions now. And maybe, just maybe, he wouldn't be so mean.

He thought for a moment as he went past the curtain. He was stuck. Why didn't he let her leave? He truthfully still hadn't figured out what he wanted from her. He felt her grip the back of his shirt tightly. Was she that afraid of falling? "I promise not to drop you," he commented, still thinking of a good response. He promised it so he wouldn't drop her. He looked down at his shirt as a bit of blood got on it. Of course he had to sacrifice his shirt for her. What a pain.
He carefully set her down by his notebook and glasses, immediately starting to take off his white shirt. With how straight forward he was, he wouldn't lie. "I've never met a Jordyn. I like it," he said as he revealed a blue tank top that matched his jeans. A silver chain with a wing was clearly shown. The white shirt was thick enough to hide the most of the blue and it helped with the darkness of the auditorium.
He decided to just avoid that first question for now. Maybe she'd forget about it. "I was only taking you up here by my stuff, obviously at this point," he stated as he pulled her leg closer and started to hold his shirt in half, hot dog style, twice. But it would be too thick and too hard to tie. So, unfolding it, he just simply bit down on his shirt and ripped a piece off.
"I don't care if you're not even bleeding that badly," he said, wrapping the piece around her knee, "but picking at it leaves scars. Some scars you're better off having only in your memory. And no one wants you bleeding all over the place." He finished tying the the knot and then threw the rest of the shirt at her. He didn't want it anymore. No use having a wasted shirt. He wouldn't have even used his shirt if it wasn't for the fact that there was already blood on it. The scar wasn't worth that.
Even though he got her name he had no intention to tell her his.

(( let your hair down )) ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- Gah, he was starting to sound like her father. Wait, no not really. Jordyn didn't have a dad. Even before he died, he was never around. Oh well. It wasn't like Jordyn had actually missed him. Her family sucked and in her opinion, she really didn't have one. When he sat her down next to his belongings, she looked down at the notepad, reading what was written on it. Crossing her arms over her chest she looked up as he pulled his shrt off, noticing the blood on it, "Sorry.. for.. messing up.. your shirt.." It was rather obvious that she was scared of him and a little intimadated. Everything she'd done since she'd met him seemed to be wrong and she couldn't figure out why.
When he made the comment that he'd never met a Jordyn and that he liked it, she smiled a little, her face turning a slight red shade, "Thanks, I guess." Jordyn wasn't sure what was considered a compliment and what wasn't. He was extremely too confusing and Jordyn didn't like not being able to read him. After he bandaged up her leg, she kinda looked at him a little confused, "I don't know if you've noticed but I'm covered in burn marks, cuts, stab marks, bruises and just about everything else. People are use to seeing me bleed. I'm use to seeing me bleed. I really don't care." At that time, he threw his shirt at her, "Ohh, thanks." So she could be sarcastic too. Picking up the shirt, she twirled it around her arms, just for something to do.
"You never answered my question.. I didn't forget. What do you want from me? You could have let me go. We don't even know each other.." She was still playing with his shirt. The thought occured to her that she could just leave now. He wasn't holding her anymore and she didn't think he would stop her this time. He'd done his good deed for the day by bandaging her up so he was done with her, right? Gosh, that sounded so sexual. Pushing herself to the edge of the stage, she let herself slide to the floor. "I think I'm going to leave you alone now. Thanks for pretending to care, or caring or whatever it was that you did."

He stared at her for a moment, not sure of what to make of this. Why didn't he want her to just leave? She was just some moron he should care less for. So he'd do that, and hope never to see her again. But, it didn't feel right. There was just something about her he couldn't put his finger on. He examined all of her finally, trying to figure out what he did wrong. Oh, right. He knew that one clearly. He didn't think it was that bad. But, it seemed like Jordyn really did want to leave. And now he needed to set his excuse.
He could say that it was to just look around. Or he could go with the fact he was bored and looking for a place to sleep. Maybe he originally wanted to kick her out? Nah, he wouldn't say that. Or, or, he saw her and wanted to see if she had any money for...well, alcoholic uses. Usually never wanted drugs. There were a billion reasons but the truth was, he honestly didn't know. Or didn't remembered. He had to of known then, right?
"I wanted to see who was bothering my alone time," he said, sounding a bit brutal about it. Fine, if she was going to leave, he'd leave right after her. No problem with that. He watched her going to leave and couldn't help but open his mouth again. He felt he had to. "And, it was a 'worthless caring,' as in, caring in a worthless, no value way." He grabbed his glasses, putting them on and then standing up. He bent down to grab his notebook and stared at her, waiting for her to walk out first. They needed nothing more to do with each other. Good riddance to the moronic...pink haired..weird girl bleeding on the floor.

(( let your hair down )) ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- Well as entertaining as this had been, Jordyn was rather glad to be leaving. And that this was over. This kid was seriously depressing and people thought Jordyn was weird. He was the weird one. He demanded she tell him his name but he hadn't offered his in return. Yeah, he was most definately an asshole and Jordyn would make it her mission to ignore him from now on. Avoiding people wasn't hard for Jordyn but in a way she kinda expected thw two to run into each other again. It just seemed like something that would happen to Jordyn. Assholes were always a part of Jordyn's radar, had been since she'd lost her dad and her mom decided it was time to date again. Something else she couldn't afford to think about.
"Well sorry it wasn't someone a little more entertaining and worthy of your time." Shaking her head at his last comment she didn't let herself comment before she walked past him and left the auditorium. This day had turned out pretty bad. Thanks to him. The guy that wasn't worth any of her time. Or at least this is what she told herself then. Later on, knowing her, she'd find reasons to show up where he is. It was just like Jordyn to be around someone when she wasn't wanted. Besides, he can stand to use some more of her moronic self. Maybe he wouldn't be such a dick. It had to stand to reason that someone with too much kindness would eventually get to him, right? Oh well, she'd just have to wait and see. Or would she? Would she really result to putting herself in the situation of him being mean to her? Yes, knowing with the way Jordyn was she'd do just that. She had no doubts.
