Max walked to the old park. He had decided to start a bonfire, he had never though that he loved fire so damn much. Anyway he wound a lot of old wood and built it up into a nice size the he set the whole thing ablaze. He smiled as the flames licked at the wood. He sat on the ground and wished some chick would happen to walk by. He reached into his hoodie pocket and pulled out a small bag. He pulled out a little bunch or green stuff and placed it in the pipe. He held his lighter over the green stuff until until it started to smoke. He inhaled he smoke until it was all gone. He put his stuff away as the drugs reached his system. He was high on weed now, and he was more friendly when he was high, much less angry and easily upset.
He looked around for the bottle he had brought with him, vodka. He had a slight stealing problem. He had stolen the booze and was keeping it hidden in his room. He opened it and took a swig. He was smiling and having a good time on his own. He stood up and soft of swayed, he was trying to dance. He looked around for a girl or something. As the drugs and alcohol were entering his system he was getting horny. That always happened to him, he always got happier, friendlier, and horny. He would have fucked anything he could. But he was trying to wait hoping more people would show up.
He wanted to party all night long.

Flask in one hand, bag of coke in the other. Lexi wondered from her dorm to the park. The walls in that blasted place were closing in on her again, and she just needed to get the hell out of there. So she grabbed her favorite pair of turn up skinny jeans and a turn up white Don Henley tank top, got dressed and grabbed her alcohol and drugs and got the hell out of there. A pair of ballet shoes clad her feet. Yeah, she use to take ballet, and yeah she was damn good at it, but she couldn't do it anymore. So she brought her ballet shoes, and wore them around, randomly going up into pointe position and what not. Now, they were trecking to the park to get to this bonfire she had heard about.
It was dark, and a bit cold, she should have grabbed a cardagin before she left. She opened the flask and took a swig, and then continued her walk to the bonfire. It wasn't to far ahead she could see the smoke, and smell the burning wood. Picking up her pace, she smiled as she got closer and closer. Then she saw a boy sitting in front of the bonfire. He was trying to dance around the fire, he probably had a few drugs in his system, a fun guy to party with she thought to herself. She walked into the light of the fire and looked at him. "Hi there gorgeous," she whispered looking him up and down, before throwing her flask into her bag along with her bag of coke.
Her bag hit the ground and she walked up to him, looking up at him. She was very short, and she was usually reminded of that fact whenever she was around guys, they were usually heads taller then her. Biting her bottom lip, she moved her hips from side to side, as if to ask him if he wanted to dance with her without using any words.

Max looked at her with a witty grin spreading across his face. "Hey babe." He looked at her, she was hot. He had seen her shove some stuff into her bag then throw it on the ground. He watched as she moved her hips, and he held out his hand. He was still sober enough to be polite. "A dance?" He let out a laugh, he was usually to far gone by the time he started to dance with girls. this was the first time he had actually asked before doing something. He took hold of her hand and pulled her close. He swayed his hips slightly as he looked down at her. He wasn't sure how tall she was but being six feet tall plus three inches made most people shorter than him. He held her close but not tightly, he was allowing her to push him away if she chose to do so.
He had dressed in a gray tee shirt and dark watch blue skinny jeans. He had puled on his black hoodie but left it unzipped. He had gray converse on his feet. He looked at her once more, "Kinda cold huh?" He pulled her toward the warmth of the fire, as he did so he was still trying to dance. "So....Do you wanna have some fun?" He asked her with a wink and the tone of, 'wanna party'. He nodded to the bottle he had left on the ground. He then bent down to whisper in her ear, "I also had some weed if your so inclined?" He smirked as he stood up again.
He pulled away from her, "By the way...Names Max." He walked back over to where he had left his bottle. He opened it and took a long drink, it was all he had but it sharing it would get him layed then he would give her the whole damn thing. He smiled wickedly as the fire light illuminated his face. His gray eyes always looked good beside fire light. He sat down and patted the grass next to him, "Come here babe....What can I call you besides a pretty little thing." He winked at her yet again. He smiled his winning smile at her then lay back in the grass. He hoped this girl was up for a party, with all the fixings.

A red blush played across her cheek spreading across the bridge of her nose to the other cheek. "I would love to dance handsome," she said, her British accent honeying her words. She took his hand and moved in closer to him, moving her hips lightly against his. She only stood five feet tall, not an inch ore and not an inch less. He was very polite, and it made her smile. No guy had ever asked her if she wished to dance, and she was very flattered by the gesture. Her hips circled with his effortlessly, and she smiled up at him. Lord was he tall, more then a foot taller then herself, and she smiled and blushed up at him.
The wind blew and her small frame shivered lightly. "It is very cold," she whispered, and smiled up at him as he pulled her towards the fire. "...wanna have some fun..." Of course she wanted to have some fun, she wanted to get her flask out and her coke out. Maybe she could do a few lines off of him, she had always wanted to try that, snorting coke off of another person's body, it would be like doing body shots, just with something ten times better. She bit her lip lightly and looked up at him and nodded her head yes. "I have something better then weed sweetheart, she whispered up at him.
He pulled away from her and walked over to a bottle of vodka. Oh yes, thank god she came out to this bond fire. He offered his name, Max. "The names Lexi, but all of my friends call me Lex," she whispered walking over to where he stood drinking. He was very charming as well. All of the winking and smiling. However, she didn't trust him, she didn't even know him. Hell, she didn't even trust Riley. Trust was something she didn't just go throwing around, especially after everything her ex put her through, and what the guard has put her through here as well. Walking over to him, she laid down next to him, but not before she grabbed her bag, which held her flask and cocaine. She dropped the bag down next to him. She smiled over at him. "I'm really not that pretty," she whispered modestly.

"Oh hush!" He laughed and sat up. He removed his jacket and handed it to here. "Here hun...You look kinda cold." He smiled, and wondered what she could have that was better. He layed back down in the grass. She dint think she was pretty, well she was. He would just have to show her how pretty she was. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath of the smoky air. He loved fire, the warmth, the light, and that amazing smell. He sat up once more and looked at her. So...Lex? What could you possibly have that's better? He took another drink and held the bottle out to her. I don't have anything I swear to god I dont. He wanted to hear her talk, he loved her accent. He knew that girls fell for guys with accents, but sometimes it worked backward too.
He began to hum softly as he looked into the fire. He wasn't going to bother Lexi unless she wanted to be bothered. He had come out to party and maybe she did too. He stood up and walked closer to the fire, he left his hands by his sides. "Don't you just love fire...Its amazing and beautiful." He just began to sway again, and looked into the fire at the burning wood. He walked off to find a long stick. After some time he came back and inserted the stick into the fire. He watched it burn slowly, he had an idea.
After the stick was burned to his liking he pulled it out, the end was still on fire. Then he walked a few feet away from the fire, but also away from Lexi. He began to draw in the grass with the burning stick. He drew a heart and wrote Lexi's name inside it. Then he walked back to the fire and inserted the stick back in. After about three minutes he pulled it back out then walked over to his drawing. He wrought: 'You are pretty.' Beneath her name. "Lex! Come over here." He called out to her. He smiled, "And bring the vodka!" He looked at his work and nodded. Now she would know she was pretty. He looked over at her and then sat down, then leaned back onto his elbows. He was hoping he was going to get lucky tonight, and if he dint well then he had a very pretty girl to talk to.

She was surprised at how adamant he was in trying to get her to believe she was pretty. It was sweet and endearing, and no guy had ever tried that hard to get her to realize that. But she still couldn't trust him, she wouldn't trust him yet. Then, he handed her his jacket, she blushed and smiled at him. "Thank you, but what if you get cold," she whispered looking down at first and then back up at him again. How sweet it was of him. She got up onto her toes, and kissed his cheek lightly as a thank you. Her hand made its way over to her bag, and she smiled to herself, as he asked what she could possibly have that could be better then weed. Oh he would just have to wait and see. Reaching into her bag, her hand found her plastic baggie filled with cocaine, and she pulled it out, and sat up to show him. She waved the bag in front of his face. "This beautiful white little powder," she said with a bright smile. She then took the bottle from his hand and replaced it with the plastic bag. Bringing the bottle to her mouth, she took a long drink. Even though she was tiny, she could drink. People always underestimated her when it came to drinking, however she could hold her liquor very well for being such a tiny little thing. She finished drinking and placed the cap onto the bottle once again, and placed it between them.
Humming, he was humming, and it was rather quite lovely, she couldn't help but smile and snuggle closer into him, but then he got up and she frowned slightly. Had she done something wrong? She was confused, but then he walked to the fire, and began to sway in front of it. "The fire is beautiful, I love it. Back in Newquey, my best friend Lily and I would always go to the beach and make bonfires, but we used wood that was from the salt water, so it burned green. It was so gorgeous," she sad as she got up onto her elbows. God did she miss Newquey, and god did she miss Lily. Those two were unstoppable when they were together. Lexi smiled at the thought, but then turned her attention toward the present. If she dwelled in the past she would depress herself, and she couldn't handle that right now. She was going to have fun, for once while she was at this god forsaken place.
Then he went and got a stick, why in blasted hell did he need a stick? The fire wasn't going, down, but the questions that swam through her mind were soon answered, as he lit it on fire, and then walked away from both the fire and her, and drew something in the grass. Lexi sat up properly and watched him with intrigued eyes. "What in the bloody hell are you doing," she asked with a laugh, and then when he told her to come over there, she did as asked. She grabbed her purse and the vodka, and walked over to where he was standing, and she looked at the little picture he had drawn. Biting down on her lip she willed herself not to cry, and then dropped her bag, and put the bottle of vodka down slowly, and hugged him tightly, and kissed his lips. After she did this, she turned bright red and muttered sorry. She was embarrassed now, why couldn't she contain herself better? But it was just so damn sweet what he did.

Max smiled down at her, then pulled her in close. He hugged her gently. "Don't be sorry..." He kissed the top of her head. "But do you believe me now?" He laughed into her hair, and held her in his arms. He looked away into the dark and realized that maybe he wouldn't try to get lucky tonight. That maybe it might happen on its own. He pulled away from her so he could look at her face."So coke huh?" He took her hand and then picked up her bag and the vodka. He pulled her back over to where they were sitting before. "Never tried the stuff...Wanted to but it was just to damn expensive." He sat in the grass and pulled her into his lap.
He held her in his lap, "Warm yet?" He noticed that she had put on his jacket, he also remembered the question she had asked him. "I'm fine, I usually don't get cold." He dropped his hands to his sides then placed a small kiss on her cheek. He smiled happily. "So what brought you out here to the bonfire Lexi?" He looked at her warmly, then hummed softly as she replayed. For some reason at that moment he wished he had his guitar with him, he figured he just wanted to bring some music to the small party. He sat back on his elbows and thought about something Mark had said to him one night. 'Son your never going to be good enough!' Then he started to beat him. He shook his head trying to forget about the past.
He picked up the vodka bottle and took a long swig, it was almost gone. But they had coke, so it wouldn't be all that bad if they ran out of booze right? He took another drink then set the practically empty bottle in the grass next to him. He was beginning to grow slightly tipsy. It takes a lot to get this big boy drunk and he holds his alcohol well. He had only ever had a hangover once in his life and that was after his first night of heavy drinking. He usually passed out, but he never throws up or gets hangovers. He talks in his sleep after hes passed out but the shit he said never made any sense anyway. He usually remember everything too...Just after a certain point of drinking it gets blurry and dark. But everything before that point is crystal clear in his mind. He came back to the present and looked at Lexi. He wasn't sure why he did it but in that moment she looked perfect.
He kissed her on her lips.

His arms were warm and strong, she felt as if she could just melt into them, and a part of him just didn't want him to let go. Never had a guy been sweet to her like this, and she was enjoying this type of attention, it was really nice. However, she didn't believe she was pretty, she believed she was ugly and fat and grotesque, but she didn't want to anger him, so she simply left the question unanswered. Not answering the question was the only feasible option to her, she didn't know if he would turn violet if she disagreeded with him, and she didn't care to find out either. She had been hit, and abused way to much, and she didn't want that to happen tonight. Tonight, she just wanted to escape from everything and have a good time. "Yeah, coke, its not to expensive here," she whispered before she could think and she blushed lightly, and then took his hand in return. She couldn't help but smile as he picked up her purse as well, and then pulled her to the spot where they were sitting and pulled her into his lap, giggling as he did so.
"Yeah, but I think you holding me is helping more then anything," she whispered looking up at him blushing a bright red. Had that really just come out of her mouth? How stupid could she be? She just met him for christ's sake, and now she was already acting like a daft bint. His humming was nice, it was almost like a lullaby, something that would put her to sleep, it was so nice. "I came to get out of that damn place, it's like everyone is staring and laughing, and like they all know, that they all know that I'm dirty. I can't stand it, i feel as if the walls are closing in, and everyone is laughing at me." She looked away from him embarrassed at spilling how she felt about being locked in there.
The vodka that was in the bottle was about gone, good thing she brought her own flask of it. Reaching into her bag, she pulled out the flask, and took a sip and then offered it to him. He sure was drinking a lot, but she didn't care, she wanted to get to the coke, and she wanted to try and snort a line of him, well that was if he allowed her too. She didn't want to overstep her boundaries. She didn't want to make him feel uncomfortable. But then all of the sudden, his lips were on hers, and she kissed him back her hands slowly moving to the back of his head to entwine in the hair there, and biting his bottom lip lightly and pulling on it.

He smiled when she said she liked it when he held her. "Your not dirty Lexi...Your amazing." Then she was kissing him back. He let his hands rest on her hips. He dint want to overstep anything. He held her like that and kissed her, they kissed for only a short time. "I'm so sorry!" He pulled away from her and looked into her eyes. "I shouldn't have done that...It was rude and...If I do anything you don't want me to then tell me, or just hit me." He looked at his hands on her hips and removed them quickly. He shut his eyes and thought to himself, Your so damn stupid Max! He looked at the bottle and left it their, he wanted to finish it. Thats why he came out here right? To get drunk and high and get in some girls pants...But suddenly his plan was changing. Of course he was still going to get drunk and high, but he wasn't going to try to get in Lexi's pants. If she wanted to have sex with him then so be it, if not the so be it.
He opened his eyes and looked at her, the blush she had was still slightly visible. He kissed her nose softly, she was just so cutie. He placed his left hand on the right side of her face. He held his hand against her face, but not forcibly. He had never in his life forced a woman to do anything she dint want to and he wasn't going to start now. After the kiss he told himself everything he did every move he made, he would allow Lexi to move away if she wanted to. He looked at her and smiled gently, "So about that coke? You wanna do a few lines? I'm dieing to try the stuff." He looked at the white powder and grinned. When the drugs came into play he handed everything over to her. He just met this girl and yet it seemed like he was starting to care for her.
He had never really cared for any of the women in his life because everything he learned about them came from school, T.V., and Mark. All of these things taught Max to be caring and gentle toward a woman and to never ever lay his hand on them in a violent manner. he removed his hand from her face and lay back in the grass. What was he doing? Was he going to care for this girl he just met or, just not speak to her the rest of the night. He decided that he would let her be the decision maker in the end. At the end of the night no matter what happened he would ask her the question that had been running through his mind after the kiss. He lay their with his eyes closed. Even with his eyes closed he saw her face, it was perfect to him. He muttered softly but mostly to himself, "Your beautiful Lexi..."
She might have heard him, but probably not. He was going over the tune he had been humming all night. He had to remember the notes, he was going to turn it into a song of some sort. Maybe one fro Lexi...But that might seem creepy to her he decided. He would remember the notes and put them on paper, then figure something out later. He began to talk to her as he looked up into the night sky, "We don't have to do the coke if you don't want, or we could do it now... He let the spoken thought trail off. he waited for her reply silently.

He pulled away from her quicker then she would have liked, and then he was apologizing just like she had done moments before. She couldn't help but smile at him, and then grab his hands and moved them back to her hips. "Don't be sorry, it wasn't rude, and I loved it," she whispered looking at him, looking right back into his eyes. The way he kissed her, god she enjoyed it, she enjoyed it a lot. It was sweet, and just, she didn't know how to describe it. Everything she was thinking was being changed. Maybe guys could be trusted, maybe they all weren't evil? Or maybe she was just so stupid, and easily tricked? She had no idea what to think.
The kiss on her nose, it made her feel safe, and then the gentle caress of his hand on her cheek, she felt like she could trust him, but should she? Was she stupid for feeling this way? Would she regret this? Was she wrong? A million questions fluttered through her mind. Slowly, she leaned into his hand, loving the feeling of his warm skin against her cheek. Tonight, she was just going to let things happen, she wasn't going to question anything anymore, she needed to stop questioning everything. Before she got to the coke which she knew he wanted, she listened to the things he was saying.
She was beautiful? Had she really just heard that pass through his lips? Was she dreaming? She had no idea, but she did know that she felt as if she was about to cry. No one had ever been so sincere and had complimented her so much in her life. Not even her own parents called her pretty, they did much the opposite. Her mother always said she was too large, and her father said she was no where as pretty as the other girls that ran in their circle. No wonder she ended up with an eating disorder. Then he spoke of coke. "Of course we can do it now."
He did want the coke though, and she couldn't blame him, cocaine was amazing. "Here you can have the first line sweetheart," she whispered and then laid back, rolled up her shirt to reveal her sunken in stomach. Then she grabbed the bag and poured a bit out onto her stomach. Her hand then reached into her bag, and then pulled out a dollar bill that she had cleaned and used only or this purpose, and her license. Expertly, she cut the coke into two thin lines, and rolled the dollar bill into a small straw like thing and handed it to him and laid back waiting for him to snort away. She knew he would enjoy it, and then after he snorted, she could have her lines, and then all would be right with the world again. She would be a bit more confident then she currently was, and maybe she wouldn't be a nervous wreck either. To be perfectly honest, Lexi was completely and utterly nervous sitting with this new guy. She was so afraid she was going to do something wrong, or that he would think poorly of her, all she wanted was to impress him.

He looked at her with a smile. He took the dollar bill and snorted the first line, then the second. He giggled, it was just like being a kid again. Except when he was a kid he snorted candy. Then suddenly the coke hit his brain. Everything felt good and right in the world. Everything just seemed to be better. He kissed her stomach lightly then lay his face on it. He stayed like that for about five minutes. Then he sat up and looked at her, "Your turn?" It was a statement as well as a question. He pulled off his shirt revealing tanned and toned abbs. He worked out constantly to get rid of some of his anger, and also to keep himself looking nice. He lay in the grass and looked at the stars in the sky. He began to laugh once more, at nothing really. It was just the new sensations the coke brought him. Actually he had always thought things were funny when he tried any new drug. He dint understand why but thats just the way things worked out. He thought every fucking thing was funny. But if he did the drug again the real effects would hit him and then he would be like all of the other people that took the drug that they did.
"Come on!" He giggled, the grass was starting to tickle. He smiled at her and reached for her hand. He took it then leaned over to kiss it. Her skin was soft against his lips. He liked it, so he pulled her closer. "Can I have another kiss before you do your lines?" He asked her sweetly. Without and answer he sat up and kissed her quickly, then lay back down. He felt the white powder being poured onto his stomach. As she cut it up for her line he began to think.
His brain felt like it contained so much space, he finally had space to think. Did he like Lexi? Yes. Did he want to spend more time with her? Yes. Was she beautiful? Definite yes. Did she like him? Maybe. Was she having a good time? Not sure, but hope so. Did he want another drink? Hell yes. He reached for the bottle and grasped it without moving so much as an inch. He quickly drained the contents and tossed the bottle away. He closed his eyes as his brain was being drowned in alcohol. I feel better now. God coke is good...I want in her pants so damn bad. But I'm not going to make her let me get in them. I'm going to get her to want me in them. Was she going to be another one night stand if it came down to it? No. He was sure about that. Lexi was not going to be a one night stand. If they had sex he would ask her out the next morning, and he would treat her good. He would bring her flowers and presents. He would never hit her or yell. He would put her needs first. He might also try to get her to eat.

A smile couldn't help but to widen across her face. He was just being so damned cute, the way he kissed her stomach, and then laid on her stomach made her smile, however it made her a bit self conscious. She was afraid that he would think of her as fat. Then he laughed and she bit her bottom lip. Was he laughing at her? Was he laughing at how huge she was? Lexi looked away trying to banish these thoughts from her mind, however she couldn't help it. Maybe he wasn't laughing at her, maybe it was just the drug? She had no idea, she just needed to stop thinking about this, she needed to have a few lines and just relax. Then he lifted his head and laid down so she could now snort cocaine off his rather wonderful looking abs. They were toned and very well, she liked them a lot. She loved a guy that had muscles, it made her feel safe, however it was also a double edged sword. Guys that had muscles could also maybe use that against her.
While she sat there thinking she forgot that he was laying there until he told her to come on. She smiled, and then he asked for another kiss, and before she could answer, his soft, warm lips were against hers, and she really just didn't want him to stop. The way he kissed, it was sweet, and even though it was short and brief it was nice. Then she leaned down after she poured and cut the lines on his abs, and she began to snort the first line, and then the second. Everything was starting to feel better. She began to relax, and she was less self conscious.
Dropping down next to him, she laid her head on his chest, and curled up into a ball next to him, loving the feeling of coke watching over her. Everything was making since in the most bizarre way. Something about this guy made her feel safe, however she was afraid of feeling safe with anyone. Maybe it was okay to feel safe with him? But she thought the same thing about her ex, and looked what happened, she trusted him, and he abused her and used her, he stole her virginity. She closed her eyes and and bit her bottom lip thinking about her ex, and she buried her face in his chest.

He had shivered slightly when she snorted the lines off of his stomach. Max wrapped his arms around Lexi. He held her closely to himself. He glanced at her and smiled. "Lex...Honey are you ok?" He pulled her closer and just held her. He hoped she was ok. He ran his fingers through her hair lightly, he began to hum once again. He had noticed that she smiled when he was humming. "Did I do something wrong?" He spoke softly, because he was starting to relax. He hoped that he hadn't. He sat them both up, then pulled her to his chest. He held her like that and kissed her hair once again. He gently placed his right hand under her chin then lifted her face so he could look at it. He smiled, she was wonderfully beautiful but she seemed to have other ideas. He leaned down and kissed her lips softly. He held the kiss for about a minute then pulled away, breathless. He smiled then kissed her again. He kept kissing her for some time, ho much time he dint know because with her time seemed to stand still for him.
He stood up then smiled at her, then winked. He then scooped her up into his arms. "Lets go back over to the fire, I don't want you to be getting cold." He carried her over toward the fire, until he felt it get warm. He set her in the grass then sat next to her. He began to sing a song in his head, it was: Hero/Heroin He wasn't sure why he had begun to sing it in his head, but then the words began to come out of his mouth. They were whispered and he wasn't sure if she could hear him or not but he dint care. "...I won't try to philosophize I'll just take a deep breath and I'll look in your eyes This is how I feel And it's so surreal I got a closet filled up to the brim With the ghosts of my past and the skeletons And I don't know why You'd even try But I won't lie
You caught me off guard Now I'm running and screaming
I feel like a hero and you are my heroine Do you know that your love is the sweetest sin?
And I feel a weakness coming on Never felt so good to be so wrong Had my heart on lockdown And then you turned me around I'm feeling like a new born child Every time I get a chance to see you smile It's not complicated I was so jaded
And you caught me off guard Now I'm running and screaming
I feel like a hero and you are my heroine Do you know that your love is the sweetest sin?..." He let the whispered song trail off. He layed back in the grass with his eyes closed.
He was smiling, then for some reason he remembered his shirt. He sat up and looked at her. He kissed her forehead and hugged her tightly. "Ive got to get my shirt. I will be back as soon as I can find it." He stood up and walked back over to where he knew his shirt was laying. He picked it up then pulled it on. He was thinking to himself, 'She is wonderful...I am going to ask her out tonight.' He had decided, he wanted to be with Lexi. Then more songs began to pop into his mind, songs like; Iris, My Heart, Jane Doe, and a few others he dint have names for. He wasn't sure why exactly but she made him feel special. It also seemed like his wish of coming out here to get layed weren't going to happen, and for the first time he was ok with that. He looked toward the fire and smiled at her knowing she couldn't see him. He wondered what she was thinking about as he walked back over to her. He sat next to her and pulled her small frame into his lap. "Lexi your beautiful and wonderful and amazing. Just know that." He kissed her cheek then held her in his arms, and for some reason he felt like crying. He hadn't cried since the night Mark had first started to beat him as a young boy, and when he found out he was adopted, and now.

Was she okay? No. She really wasn't, however, should she really tell him how not okay she was? Biting the bullet, Lexi slowly shook her head no, not looking up at him, afraid that she was going to cry. But then he pulled her close and ran his hands through her hair, and she relaxed into his arms. For some reason she felt very safe, something she hadn't ever felt in the arms of a boy. Then he began his beautiful humming and she closed her eyes and smiled as the sound reached her ears. "No of course you didn't do something wrong," she whispered with her eyes still closed. He was doing so much good that there was nothing that he could have done wrong. It was the thoughts of her ex and everything that he had put her through that caused her too curl up and bury her face in his chest. Then, his warm lips touched hers, and she kissed him back smiling into the kiss. His touch was so soft and his kiss was so exhilarating. The feeling of his warm soft lips against hers felt absolutely amazing. She kissed him back, wrapping her arms around his neck, and her fingers weaved their way into the hair at the nape of his neck. God, he was such a good kisser, there was just something about how he kissed, how he seemed to let her know that everything was okay and that he wasn't going to hurt her. Her eyes began to collect tears, and she tried willing them away. She didn't want to totally freak him out with her being so emotional. Then he pulled away, and she wished he hadn't, and she looked down to hide her misty eyes. She could have kissed him forever.
Arms enveloped around her body, and she squealed as he scooped her up, and then took her over to the fire. He didn't want her getting to cold, how sweet. A rosy red blush creeped along her cheeks once again. He sat her down in the grass and she curled up next to him as soon as he sat down next to her. She laid her head on his chest and leaned against him, pulling her knees to her chest. The sweet sound of his voice wafted through the air and into her ears. A smile grew across her face, and she leaned in even more wanting to hear every word that was leaving his lips. The song was familiar, but she couldn't place it. However, she couldn't help but smile and tearing up at the lyrics. Biting her lip, she smiled up at him, and kissed his neck lightly when he trailed off with his singing.
His shirt, she had forgotten that he wasn't even wearing one, she was just enjoying being close to him, and him singing. Reluctantly, she moved off of him to allow him to get up to get his shirt that was on the ground somewhere. Her eyes followed him, and she pulled his sweater around her even tighter. Even being by the fire she was freezing. Hand reached into blue bag that was laying beside her and fished out a silver flask. Nimble fingers twisted the lid and then flipped it off. Silver top met soft lips, and she sipped at the vodka that remained. The liquor warmed its way down, and she smiled lightly as she felt the liquor moving down her throat and warming its way in her stomach. Finally, her eyes watched him pick up his shirt and throw it on. He was coming back, thank goodness. She just wanted to lay against him, and kiss him and not stop kissing him. His hands wrapped around her frame and pulled her into his lap and she smiled. ...your beautiful, and wonderful, and amazing... did he really just say that? Biting her lip, she looked up at him tearing up. "I've never been told that before, I've only been told that I'm hideous, and fat, and ugly, and worthless..." her words trailed off and she looked down ashamed of herself.

Max gritted his teeth. "Who ever told you that is a complete asshole." He held her close and looked into her eyes. He saw tears their and held her face in his hands gently. "Honey its ok now...Im here for you." He kissed her softly, and smiled during the kiss. "Its ok to cry honey...I will be here for you when its all over." He whispered softly as he pulled away from her. He dint want to be away from her, he wanted to be with her all night long. He smiled as he remembered another song, 'I'll help you break the walls down, I'll help you break the walls down. And bust you out, and take you home. Believe you me, you are not alone. I'll help you break the walls down. And all the weight that you carry will disappear, and I will willingly embrace your soul you lay ahead. So come on home. Come on home. Come on home...home.'. He was going to help her, he wanted to show her she was not alone. He held her gently swearing to himself he was going to help her break the walls down. He wanted to always be their for her. It seemed to him that she needed someone to care for her and if she was willing to let him, he would care for her.
"Lexi..." He sighed softly, "Can I ask you something?" He looked at her, and he felt his eyes tear up. He dint want to cry in front of her, but he just cared so much for her. "Lexi...As long as you let me stay you wont be alone...Would you be willing to let me stay?" This was the first time he had let himself be this vulnerable. He pulled her closed and buried his face in her hair. He let a few tears slip past his closed eyes, and let them fall into her hair. She smelled nice, very soft with a hint of the fire. He had been drinking and was high, but he felt that he meant what he had said to her. He stood them both up, then moved her so that she was standing on his feet. He held her close as he felt her arms wrap around him. He began to dance, not just swaying but actually dancing. It was slow because he was following the song playing in his head. It was the song: Walls by The Rocket Summer. He was dancing with her, "Lexi your beautiful. Please don't let anyone tell you your not. And if they do then don't listen to them. Your perfect, you don't need to do anything to change yourself. He began to hum once more to calm her and to hopefully put a smile on her face.
