* / HISTORY[/b] He never knew his mother because he was adopted. He has no memory of his life before Mark adopted him. But Mark was a good father until Max turned five. His father began to drink and beat him regularly. He would come home from work, drink, beat Max, then pass out. Max was use to the abuse but an anger started growing in the young boy. One night when Max was about seven Mark told him he was adopted, that was when he found out the truth. It devastated him. The anger was still building up inside him, he was close to exploding. One night when Max was 12 and Mark had begun to beat him he struck back. He lashed out and kept hitting him. Once the rage had subsided, his 'father' had a bloody face and a few missing teeth.

But when Max had struck back it had just made Mark angrier. So the beatings got worse. Max would walk away bloody and bruised when before it was just bruises. As he got older he stopped fighting back hoping Mark wouldn't beat him as much or as hard. Once Max turned 16 Mark had decided that he was done with Max. So he sent him to Stanfield. If your wondering, 'What!? Did no one notice a little boy being beaten?' Well they had, but Mark had forced the boy to lie every day. He became quite good at it and after a while people just stopped asking about the marks and scars. He was frightened and now he is filled with hate for men. He adores girls because he just wants to be good enough for them.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]
