a barbecue set in the middle of a creepy forest. totally not creepy. it's extremely normal, especially if you have a bunch of fire obsessed teenagers with you. the stanfield barbecue is another secret gathering that the students take part in to escape their awful lives at the asylum. the more higher ups in the institute gather the food and equipment necessary. everyone else just has to bring themselves and the booze.
