right then guys, listen up. the decision you make here will decide whether we move or not.

personally, i believe we should. i have the site set up on ipbfree, and the only differences are a slight change to the member groups. i'm still not comfortable with proboards; especially with all the bloody problems its been having recently. in the past two weeks there's been problems with editing headers/footers, posting, registering, posting as a guest, editing posts and other shit. i have no idea whether you've all experienced it, but i know i have.

vote in the poll. and then POST your opinion. if not i'll pm you and ask for your reason. i need to know if you guys want to move!

I say move because well, if Proboards can't be trusted, then better safe than sorry right? Don't want to come on one day to have Proboards deleting the site. >~< The only thing I like about Proboards is that i'm use to it and such but I'm also a user of IPBFree so : D

I have no idea how to work ibfree. But am sure i'll get used to it. Plus i can tweak a few of my charries and get rid of some of them to.

Haven't been here all that long, but I'd say move. I'm pretty used to IPB, so no problems there. Plus, the possibility of being deleted will always be there. Might as well get it over with now when it's on our own terms, and no one gets left behind.

Someone will totally have to help me with IPB if I don't understand things. But I agree with the many who say move. It's better to move on our own accord and make sure everyone is there than loose members because KAP got deleted. Yay for reposting stuffs...^^

If it is what's best for the board, then moving is probably dire for the board's survival.

In the end it is your choice, but if Proboards is proving--difficult; it's probably for the best. Coding and stuff will just have to be what it is there. Hopefully there isn't too drastic of a change.

i think stay with pro boards. on another site im a member of that is ibfree , there been a hacker problem. where they could easily get on other poeples accounts.

I say we stay here. I've been using proboards for years and I know how to use it, it's like second nature to me. As for IPB or whatever it's called, well I've tried using it before, and maybe I'm slow, but I can't seem to get the hang of it. I highly dislike IPB and all the other sites people are using now a days. I've stuck with Probobards for a reason, its easy to use, quick and I know it well. I just don't like IPB. Never have, and I don't think I ever will (though if you move I'll follow.)

I vote that we move to Invisionfree instead. IPB has hacker problems, proboards is a pain, but I've never heard complaints about Invisionfree. Oh, and we'll pick up SO MANY MEMBERS with an invisionfree board, mainly because that tends to be the most popular message board. I mean, let's see, CAUTION, The RPG Directory, White Pages, all of those code for invisionfree. We'd have so many more options open if we had Invisionfree, not to mention our accounts would be safer. Oh, and I've had problems in the past with ads on IPB trying to infect my computer with trojans.

I love this site, but a transfer to IPB would lose you a member here. I'm not risking a computer infection to roleplay. ):

honestly? the last site i was on was moved to IPB, and it died in two days. i agree with the post above me, invision free would be so much better. and i didn't think most members would like IPB, since the coding you see is for either proboards or if, it would be harder to get use to. though, i'm new here, so what do i matter, haha.

okay, so i've looked at IPB, and i personally dislike it, i agree with the person above, i think invisionfree is better, and honestly, at first its hard to get use to but after a few weeks it becomes second nature.
