[/b] long, candlelit baths with gentle music in the background, watching over anyone who’s dependant on her, actually making a difference in people’s lives, sleeping until noon, and the picture she has of her family.* / LIKES
* / DISLIKES[/b] when people mock her pain, when people give up on her capabilities, when people give up on themselves, when she is forced to spend the night alone while it is storming, and having dreams of the life she left behind.
* / POSITIVE TRAITS[/b] Annice can always see the good possibilities in people. When she does, she becomes determined to help them get to that goal. Annice can find laugh even in the darkest of times. However, she knows when not to joke or make light of things. She is one of the few in the world who understands truly how unfair life can be.
* / NEGATIVE TRAITS[/b] Annice has trouble focusing on her needs, instead put everyone else first. When she is deadest on changing someone, she normally doesn’t take no for an answer. She hears “Maybe later.” Annice doesn’t understand sarcasm a great deal of the time. Her OCD controls almost every aspect of her life. Finally, she has never gotten over her past.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

What a joyous day it was in the Norwood house when Annice was born! Not six months before hand, her mother was told she would never have the opportunity to give birth to a child of her own. It broke Stacey’s heart. In all of her life, it had been the only thing she had ever truly desired from the bottom of her heart. What a surprise it was when they found out that inside her womb lived and a little girl. Well, let’s say the occasion was joyous yet shrouded with a thick cloud of fear. She had been born three months too soon. The doctors weren‘t sure if she was going to make it for the longest time. Her lungs were not completely formed, and she was forced on to a breathing machine until they could do the job on their own.
Other than that, her childhood was average, excluding only her constant trips to the doctor to keep track of her lungs’ productivity and her overbearing parents, trying to make sure nothing happened to her. Until she reached college and began to go for her medical degrees, she really had no life outside of her sheltered home. When she joined a sorority, she found herself in a committed relationship with a psyche major. She couldn’t get enough of him, so she began to go for her psychology degrees, just to spend more time with him. Between study groups and dates, after a year of dating, they decided they knew each other well enough to get married, ignoring complaints from both side of their families.
Annice became pregnant while they were working for their certification to become psychoanalysts. They had a joint dream to own their own private practice, but that dream was struck down when her husband, Michael was working clinic hours to support her. There was a deranged man who ran up to her husband inside the clinic asking for his drug. Dr. Tamper had no idea what the man was talking about but played along, simply to give the man a sense of control while he tried to form a plan. The man eventually got what he came for, a few vials of morphine. The man ran to the door just in time for the police to show up.
The man asked her husband to shoot him up, and he declined. Two more tries, and the druggie wasn’t going to take it anymore. The man pulled a knife out of his back pocket, stabbing him in the stomach and once again in the chest. By the time he got into surgery to repair major arteries it was too late. The man had bleed out. Annice saw the man persecuted as far as she could while in her pregnant state. The man pleaded insanity, finding himself institutionalized. It didn’t seem like justice had been survived, even though in her professional opinion, his constant relapses were a sign of codependency to the drug and obvious insanity.
When the baby was born, Annice couldn’t stand to look at her little girl. She looked exactly like her dead love. And with the profession she was going in, would it be safe to raise a child in an asylum? The girl gave up on her dream of holding a child of her own as she passed the baby to the nurse. Annice gave the baby up for adoption, giving away a piece of her heart as well. [/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]
