up in Arkham, he had left a trail of destruction and chaos in his wake. To make
matters worse, he seems to have set a standard for all criminals and villains, and
the rogues of Gotham are now vying for the respect and infamy that the psychotic
clown has accomplished. Gothamites are enraged at the Batman as he finds it
harder and harder to deal with all the rogues of GothamĀ's streets. New vigilante are
appearing everyday and causing more trouble than they think they are, while the
police force struggles to weed out their corrupt officers. This city makes absolute
chaos look almost effortless. Now, it is a battle for reputation, for fame, and to
