during world war two, experiments were started on the psychic people of the
world, meant to boost their powers and make them the new super-weapon of
their age, to win the war. these people were just normal, everyday citizens of
their respective countries... you would pass them on the street, and perhaps
not even realize that they were different from you. but they knew. and so did
the governments of the world. all around the earth, countries began establish-
ing secret organizations designed to capture and test those with psychic abilities
