are coming true ...

welcome to utopia. it seems like a dream, and yet, it's totally real. it's a place where you've come to while they do whatever they can in that bloody mental institution you're stuck in. god only knows what kind of fucked up medical experiment they're pulling on you, but you don't care. there are flowers, and furry creatures, and all kinds of messed up shit that you wouldn't be able to think up in your wildest dreams. but wait a minute - this is your dream. you can do whatever you want, be whomever you want to be, and you wont have to worry about that damn insomnia or schitzophrenia that you lived with when you were awake. there is no rape, there are no drugs, and there aren't any feelings of being so alone in a world where everyone just doesn't understand. because the people you meet here get you. they probably know you better than you even know yourself. and that can get a little bit creepy.
how did you get here? sunnyvale institution of mental health has made a breakthrough in medical science - some sort of chemical therapy session where they can poison the problems out of you. and the voices. but the procedure can take years, and there's a small catch - you have to be placed in a medical coma. one that you could be in for a very, very long time. but that's okay, because you have utopia to keep you occupied while the drugs go through your body, killing the mental illness in it's tracks. but what the doctors didn't know was that once you're injected with the drugs, there's a small chance that you wont ever return to your body as the same person. sure, some patients have woken up no problem, but they are never, ever, the same.
something happened to them in utopia that they can't explain. they can't explain it, because the people who might listen may send them back there. and they don't want to go back. not if they can help it.
because utopia is a little too perfect, and a little too happy. and nick knows a little too much about you.
who's nick?
you better hope that you'll never find out.
